Data Rights & Grievance Center

Use this page to exercise your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — request deletion, export, correction, consent withdrawal, or raise a grievance. Every request gets a tracking reference.

Your Rights as a Data Principal

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives every Indian citizen specific rights over their personal data. Use the cards below to exercise any right — each one routes to the same secure request workflow with a tracking reference.

Section 11

Right to Access

See a summary of personal data we hold about you, which categories of processing we use it for, and a list of any third parties it was shared with.

Section 12

Right to Correction & Updation

If anything we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, you can ask us to correct, complete, or update it. We will act within statutory time limits.

Request Correction
Section 12(3)

Right to Erasure

Ask us to delete personal data we no longer need for the purpose you originally gave it for. Signed-in case owners may get an immediate deletion receipt for case-linked data.

Section 6(4)

Right to Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw consent for processing at any time — withdrawal is as easy as giving consent was. Past processing remains lawful; future processing on that basis stops.

A note on children's data: Under Section 9 of the DPDP Act, processing of personal data of children (under 18) requires verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian filing on behalf of a minor, select the 'Child data / guardian request' option in the form and tell us the child's relationship to you.
